The manager is approachable and open to suggestions for improving work processes. He offers guidance and fosters a positive learning environment. Especially for beginner analysts and internship students, there’s no better place to start. The learning opportunities and support make it an ideal environment to gain real-world experience and develop essential skills.

A major challenge is overtime during certain seasons when the workload increases. Although it's compensated with either pay or additional time off, it does impact work-life balance during these busy periods. This mainly occurs because the team is understaffed. Although upper management is investing in lab renovation and expansion, they have yet to hire more staff to relieve the pressure, which I hope will change soon.
