      Pros

      I worked at BIMM as a developer. The team I worked with was smart and collaborative. The culture was very close and the company put a high priority on having fun. I worked on the largest client in the Agency and a growing account so there was no shortage of interesting work to get your hands into.

      Cons

      During my time at BIMM the agency was growing quickly. The President was extremely ambitious with a focus on growth and innovation. While I was there the Agency nearly doubled in size to 100 people. Between client's demands and the growth of the Agency, things got intense from time to time.

      Pros

      Great place to work, they promote within, yearly raises with a non-stressful work environment. I enjoyed every moment there and everyone I met.

      Cons

      The company closed due to the owner of the building is building a strip mall.

      LOL. Thank you for your 5 star rating. We are glad you had such a great time. But to correct you, BIMM is very much open and flourishing. Although we love a good strip mall, we can say for certain that we haven't become one :). In fact, we're happy to say our Toronto office is growing and our new Montreal office is killing it. We're super excited about our planned expansion into a new US city...more to come on that. Stay tuned. All the best in your new endevours, whoever you are.

      Pros

      -Great place to work, lots of personal development opportunities and friendly open atmosphere. -Very invested in the individual and their own personal happiness and growth -Wants business to be successful and the management lives it and breathes it.

      Cons

      -Hard place to work if you are looking for a free ride
