Toxic environment, low staff moral and high turnover - Account Manager bluemarlin Employee Review

I worked under a great team that let me contribute to each project that I worked on. As a design intern they trusted me with enormous responsibility and because of that I learned an incredible amount. I would recommend this design internship to anyone.

I can not think of any cons because it truly was an amazing internship experience. Management treated me well, the projects were great high profile clients, normal working hours.

A promising agency who was aspiring to establish itself as a leading packaging destination in America, but failed lamentably by trying to cut corners, hiring the least qualified people, paying as less as possible and transforming a creative environment as if it was an assembly line.

Founders and leading team completely detached from design process and high standards that usually prevail in global agency. Old-school thinking and management. Head office from Bath tracking creatives like Big Brother. High employee turnover.
