The worst joining process i have ever been through. I joined and was given an email address and told to get on with it. You get no support or guidance the management play mind-games with you, there is no where for you to report these either as the company has no real HR or structure for process like that, they pretend to but those in so called responsible roles work for the company so will find a way to make your claims non relevant. the worst company i have ever worked for.
Even during my short time at the company several people were pushed out the back door and made to be escape goats for failings further up the management line.
It’s a company where people come in to do there 9-5.30 and go home at 5.29 because they cant stand to be in the office or they work for them instead of working for the common goal of the company. There are some good people working for them but are using it as a stepping stone. bluesource is no one-s long term plan.
You can tell everything you need to know about the company just by walking in the office the company hasn’t spent money on the office in a long time (except painting a couple of colums like a nursery school) carpet is gross and over 10 years old, furniture is missmatched, the lift is disgusting and the toilets are so manky some employees use the hotel toilets over the road. the technology you get given is a joke and sometimes i couldnt believe i worked for a IT company with the kit i was expected to use.
If you join make sure you have an exit plan and watch your back.
