      Pros

      The line of work itself. Certain managers were great to work under - mentorship and management styles worked well for me. Great bunch of colleagues within the department.

      Cons

      Some senior managers had their own agenda. The company was taken over a numbers driven CEO who shifted the KPI goal post, leading to the demise of several staff across the world, Australia included.
