      The work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      The organisation structure is overly complicated resulting in a silo mentality. Performance management is not effective and there is way too much dead wood hanging around. There is also too much emphasis on job grade and putting people in boxes without fully appreciating their prior experience and skills.
