Coming straight out of a toxic workplace to businessDEPOT was refreshing. It shows you can have a successful business without treating staff as disposable. It’s a supportive, fun and motivating place to work. Seniors will listen to feedback and juniors are treated with respect. You’ll probably never have an MD who’s that genuinely kind. But he proves you don’t need to be a jerk to make it to the top.

businessDEPOT is diverse in terms of having a lot of female leaders as opposed to old men.. but could be a bit more multicultural. It’s pretty white.

Great place to work, had a good culture. Would thoroughly recommend! Some amazing technical skills are present.

The pay was slightly below market.
