Pros

Pros: I was exposed to amazing potential early on, and you can learn from your colleagues who are optimistic.

Cons

Cons: There is no room for a woman to advance, especially a woman of color. It is a typical predominantly white male firm. There is no transparency in the career path, no clear hierarchy, and you may go from being there to being somewhere else in a matter of seconds. The same people who have been with the company from the beginning get promoted and recognised, which in my opinion is a sign of widespread discrimination, even racism. You will not advance if you are a woman, and even worse if you are a woman of color, in this world dominated by white men. Every month, absurd goals are set and are always changing; once, I was instructed to complete 79 demos in a single month, which is insane! The manager of the offloading operation, she is awful. has little empathy or understanding
