Tasks are indeed inconsistent, the same with all freelance opportunities like clickworker, it is not to be viewed like a regular job. Qualifications will appear once relevant information has been added to your profile. Jobs are only declined if they are done incorrectly. Pay for jobs are shown before you accept the task, so if it's too low for you it may be best not to work on it. I'm not aware of any automated replies to emails, if there is a name at the end of the email then that is who answered you, if you don't like the reply, please email back and a manager can look into it for you. We reply to all emails we get. IE is required to take the UHRS assessments, after that you can use any browser to work on clickworker.com and many use non-IE browsers to work on UHRS. Mac users sometimes use a virtual machine to take the assessments.
