Nice - Online English Teacher coLanguage Employee Review

CoLanguage offered me the possibility to make a great work-experience for my CV! I'm so glad to have worked for this company and I'm so sad that my Erasmus+ is over. I created online language courses (grammar lessons and exercises) which will be available in internet for everybody. It is a huge satisfaction (not only professionally but also personally). The job was never boring and very fulfilling! The boss: available, flexible, kind and helpful. He also placed trust in the interns. The colleagues: all Erasmus-students, we spent an amazing time together, not only at work but we always organized something after work or in the weekend. The atmosphere kin the office has always been excellent. Timetable was perfect: 9-16 Monday-Friday. I had time to visit Valencia and to go out with friends. Structure's position: in the centre of Valencia.

I can not complain about anything.

Very little variation in the work and the manager doesn't see that the work done by the intern is very boring, beneath their education level and doesn't add a lot to their CV. Unpaid. The Erasmus grant is seen as a remuneration by the company, not as a grant that gives foreign students the opportunity to spend a part of their studies abroad. The information in the vacancy is incorrect. Only two tasks mentioned in the vacancy were actual part of the internship. Half of the day was spend on social media, the job for the day was already finished by lunch, and my workspeed wasn't even that fast.
