      Pros

      A very close-knit environment, where you must sharpen your people skills to really effectively execute your project. If you really know how to manage stakeholders, then you'll get the chance to shine.

      Cons

      Things move a bit slow compared to others in E-commerce, cause it's mainly a retail business. However, the team still managed to gain significant results.

      - REALLY relaxed environment, suitable for those who seek stability and not worry too much about following industry trends. - Lots of bonding activities proposed by HRs.

      Cons

      - There isn't an exact engineering standards - most of the employees are pushing 10 years, and won't be ready to adapt better workflows. - Actually no workflow exists, because of the 1st point. - Work gets repetitive and boring. - Lots of drama. Little ground for learning.
