Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Recruiter was dishonest and said that a 9-5:30 M-F was available to work as well as a 10 hour/4 day shift. Neither were available, nor are they offered. This is a 24/7 call center where weekends and all major holidays must be worked if you’re scheduled. Training is 10 weeks & once you go into the “nesting” period where you’re taking calls your schedule changes. You’ll more than likely be getting off of work between the hours of 5:30-6:30. During these 10 weeks please don’t even attempt to schedule any appts during working hours! The PTO/sick time you accrue can ONLY be used AFTER training. If for any reason you miss time during the training period, it’ll go unpaid. 2 15 minute breaks & a 30 min lunch. Camera on at all times during training. Clean desk policy. No pens, paper, sticky notes, etc. Initial shift (once you’re out of training) is based on your attendance & grades you received on tests during training. Days off ARE NOT consecutive. Upper management recommends scheduling any time off 3 months in advance. Remote for now, but you have to work at YOUR home… close to the office. IP addresses are checked. Once back in the office, you will be assigned a locker where you have to place your phone. If for whatever reason you have your phone with you at your desk, you will be TERMINATED. There are multiple processes. Please don’t think you’ll ONLY schedule & rebook flights. There’s much more to this job than the recruiter or description discloses. There are A LOT of processes you’ll learn.

Pros

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
