Pros

Good compensation, nice co workers. In general, the troops work hard and want to contribute to the growth of the company.

Cons

The current IT senior management at Affinion is a lot like the hapless NY Knicks who brought in The Zen master to right the ship. Zen Master ends up before long firing his hand picked coach. But the Knicks continue to have a losing record. Likewise, Affinion SR. management brought in an "elite" management team residing in Wakefield MA but, ends up firing many of them after a year with nothing to show.

Bought by Chase, Bed Bugs, Managers sleeping with coworkers. The list gos on.

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
