There are some great people here. Unfortunately, the Company is starting to Hemorrhage good people.
Cons
Most of upper management wont even answer a call, or return a Email to you. Not paying subs, not paying Suppliers. got to a supplier and they say no more credit. and its very embarrassing as a Supe to have to go put the stuff back on the shelf. For some reason, management started listening to the MBA, degree folks more than the seasoned professional's a couple years ago. Not a good choice! Then there is the Screw up , move up program! Under bid a job By MILLIONS! Become a VP!.
