Great Managers Imran Ali and Walid H. were my managers and both were awesome. I have to leave this company for y personal reasons.

I never had any issues in this company

-Certain teams were cohesive -BYOD, high tech company w/ Cisco Collaboration for unified messaging

Terrible management team where creativity is not welcome. Company is family-owned and everyone in executive level positions is within the family. While some executives worked hard to earn their place, it seems like others were simply handed the roles, without a full understanding of what the role entails. While I did learn and grow at this company, I didn't feel like it was a great place to develop skills. The technology and product itself was very obsolete, and so were the people who worked there. With no new talent coming into place, the company lacked workplace diversity, and was not a bustling tech startup that an emerging cloud company should be. Terrible company culture where people aren't really friends with each other, and they eat lunch at their desks. Many of the employees are remote. There were no company held events, and when the CEO demanded us to eat with him, he would only talk to us about work, and didn't get to know us as individuals. Those lunches were always awkward because none of the workers there were actually friends outside of work. Save yourself the time, and work for a place where employees are actually valued.
