Pros

I really enjoy working at dpiX. The people are great and the executive team really supports the staff. The pay is good and they offer a very good benefits package with matching 401k. They are flexible with hours and know that we have lives away fro the workplace. I would definitely recommend dpiX to anyone in the Colorado Springs area.

Cons

The only downside to working at dpiX is that sometimes they will force time off causing us to use our vacation time at specific times. However, typically when they do this, they compensate for a portion of the time you may use 2 days of your vacation time and get 3 or 4 days off. This has never been a problem for me personally, but I know it has for others.

Pros

- Leadership is heavily invested in company culture and maintaining employee morale. - Most departments consist of people that work well together and people generally seem to get along very well. - The company does what they can to support a healthy work-life balance. - Many of the people that work there have a legitimate passion for the mission and loyalty to the company. - There are many opportunities to grow and develop new skills if you look for them.

Cons

Manufacturing comes with its share of challenges. - Production needs and customer demand create cycles that aren’t easy to predict which results in periods of increased pressure followed by periods of downtime. - Company “shutdowns” are a blessing and a curse. - While individual team dynamics are generally very strong, departments are largely siloed which makes project coordination difficult.
