A lot of bad management

public holidays off - upper management didn't seem too bad but direct mangers I reported too are not included in that- prezzy card untaxed bonus's -occasionally

The people associated with the Tauranga branch are extremely racist. Work place bullies. Pay was terrible . shop was open on a Saturday but only one person would work alone - one person (the most unfavoured person) would work 3 Saturdays a month while the other Saturday would be shared around between other employees. very Overworked, very ingenuine behaviour and ethics
