-Employee-owned company w/ a focus on individuals even at the highest level -Cooperative, collaborative environment -Flexible & understanding management styles -The workload is enough to remain challenging & interesting, but employees are able to go accomplish it in a way that makes the most sense for them -Great mix for self-starters who can see & contribute to big picture goals without being micromanaged -Nimble; ability to see projects come in to fruition regularly

-The amount of independent work may not be a good fit for extremely social types
