1) No real work pressure, all you need to deliver the projects as per due date . 2) No one will poke in your daily work all the time. 3) You are free to plan your work. 4) You can get help from colleagues (who are knowledgeable) on domain. 5) Mainly projects are from Ireland and are big projects. 6) You can available bus facility (Free of Cost) for Kolkata Office (Both Pick Up and Drop) from Ultadanga via Chingrihata, Narkel Bagan. 7) You can avail leaves after 3 months probation period and you can get approval without any headache.

The Quantity of Projects at e-Celtic is very less which results in employees mental balance of Job Security, Although the budget of the projects are high.
