They expect you to work 100 times more than you should, as well as finish work on time?How?TOO MUCH WORKLOAD Every individual tries to push the work on the other person for sure Training is terrible, basically you start your first day attending lectures about their softwares and then jump right away on tickets? No feedback from management about how you are doing in the company etc....
