Pros
They have benefits and you can work from home. I got a sweater. Good quality, too.
Cons
They expect designers to make a new and out of the box layout idea for an advertisement completed in 15 minutes. They work you to the bone and for 40K. It's completely unreasonable to go through 50+ branding guidelines and expect this timeframe and quality of product from someone who just joined. Was personally blamed for grammar mistakes in provided texts, and felt some of the management team dealt with training me impatient and it came off very rude.
