      the people at the company are very nice

      Cons

      management are clueless software company but has mangers who do not know nothing about technology so a lot of the technical staff are under appreciated expects employees to work overtime without being paid no benefits

      Good people, sense of camaraderie under intense pressure Remote work

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from C-suite. Intense pressure. 12 hour days quite common. Constant firefighting. Certain people have very loud voices but lack ability. Opportunity to re-architect was shelved. Over reliance on contractors, some of questionable ability, leaving a legacy of crud on top of the crud. Senior devs stuck in their ways makes selling improvements an uphill battle.
