      - Great launch pad to gain professional experience - More scope and opportunities for practically applying academic knowledge (Engineering tools and Techniques) - Good cross functional interaction - Ideas, suggestions are heard and paid heed

      - Lack of Middle level mangers in the hierarchy - lack of motivation from the personnel department for a longer stint - The company is relatively new. Growth of the company is not predictable as the products they make are of a new kind.
