There is absolutely nothing positive to say about e2e. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative in every aspect, from compensation to the company’s deceptive practices and toxic work environment.
Cons
Pays drastically below the industry average – employees are grossly underpaid compared to industry standards. Lied about the office location – they falsely claimed to have a London office, but there is no London office at all. No diversity in the workplace – management is dominated by men, while women are confined to lower-grade roles. Misogynistic behavior – inappropriate and demeaning language was used, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. Forced female employees to participate in videos for sales – making them uncomfortable and objectified for promotional content. Deceptive practices – the company misled employees about career progression opportunities, leaving many with false expectations.
