Pros
There used to be pros when company (or certain departments) was run (somewhat) by engineers. They don't exist anymore unless you're an intern, college graduate or H1B. You won't learn nor will you build anything of consequence in the "current" eBay.
Cons
Endless meetings about meetings. Employer doesn't value employees...if they did they wouldn't have done a constructive dismissal of all of them. Heartless company with no direction, abusive managers, etc.
