C-level management treat employees as disposable. They do not value employees as human and think they can expect all the work possible There used to be managers that took care of the team and genuinely cared about the people and the project, trying to make everything work smoothly and recognising effort, however once these managers left, C-level took over and the fact that they do not care about employees or reprcussions of their actions was immediately visible. C-level also has no idea on technology even though they claim to be a technology company. They have ignored the tech team's opinions for years and then complain about the tech team when issues arise which would have been avoided if they listened.
