      You may mix up soon will all employees, less than 150 employees at HO Udaipur

      Cons

      Nothing like HR in company, No fix time of appraisal execution, In general no off on weekends, managers don't know to get clients agree to work on timeframe.... Work overloading.

      Pros

      Open culture and management has open door policy. Very flat organization with no barrier to growth. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Not much growth possible because of sluggish business . Part of it is because of lack of innovation.
