Pros
high salary compared with market companies deal with polite and good people good services (Mosque, cafeteria, GYM, .... ) good trainings from other companies very polite managers
Cons
tend to hire people with contract positions even if they are excellent ones. (no usd salaries as they claim for those) service company so don't have its own products (follow customers) managers somehow don't appreciate big efforts too much high load and pressure using tracking time which make things worse ( you need to record every move for you on development tickets) competitive environment somehow become toxic
