Pros
Since It doesn't have much hierarchy it's easy to learn and grow. Very encouraging Manager, I would recommend Syed Farhan for his outstanding work and a backbone of the company. Flexible working hours.
Cons
No recognition of hard work No Incentives or closure bonus No proper appraisals, No outings, once in 3 years maybe. Very frustrating Saturday workings. Sales team lacks motivation.
