Salary: - As your experience goes up, you will have to struggle with salary negotiation here. - Bucks are always less than market rate. - Less salary as comparatively by market. 4. Business: - Don't know about actual clients. - Never disclosed yearly turnover of company. - Clients are always hidden and you will never know that where your project is actually being used. - Sometimes you might wonder, the job you are doing is really related of your career growth. 5. Work Times: - You can hear that there are some deliveries but not sure about priorities of tasks. - Sometimes it needs you to step back in office overnight. 6. Growth: - Care only about yourself as you need to grow in industry. - After working here around 2 years, start to hunt outside. - As salary range is only issue in this organisation. - No any training provided here. 7. Accounts: - Salary date is not fixed. - They usually do salary deposits before 6th of month (from 1st to 6th, any date) but deposits to 6th date only. - Sad salary deposits, as people has EMIs and other things to do. - HR and Accounts department seems lazy. - HR people don't have full authority. - Addressing issues and resolve/response rate is very low. - Accounts department should be aware of all the things for money including Tax, expenses, PF accounts, closures, etc.
