      Pros

      Some lovely, friendly colleagues who are dedicated to helping provide an excellent service to agencies and candidates, a joy to work with.

      Cons

      Very difficult when candidates don't listen and end up being confused or say they understand something when they do not, we don't mind recapping so that they do understand.
