- CEO is a micromanager who fosters an environment of fear within her employees as a mode of control - Single administrator runs entire company - No room for discussion, whatever CEO SAYS GOES - a pure DICTATORSHIP, really! - nonexistent company culture, although not uncommon for remote companies - No room for foresight, expect projects to constantly hit the ceiling fan - CEO constantly stands up calls and runs her entire company from her iPhone so expect to never hear from her when you need her most, but be prepared to reply to her within moments of receiving her emails - Most executives are difficult to work with and lack basic interpersonal communication skills, lacking the basic ability to clearly elaborate on their thoughts/feelings often leading those in entry-level positions on wild goose chases
