Pros
The money is great if you work for it. The people are great and my manager is cool. It has a very laid back vibe but becoming more corporate like. There is definitely a new focus on getting rid of reps who don't perform or create drama. We have new products to sell and the product team is finally listening to sales which is helping me sell. The new break room is nice. Flex work schedule is my favorite new perk. It is good that management is holding people accountable.
Cons
Do not come here if you think you are going to be rolling in commissions in the first couple of months. It takes 9 months to really understand the products and build a funnel that supports driving commission checks. If you are willing to put in the effort you will make good money over time because you are paid a residual as long as the customer you sign up keeps paying. I have many customers that have been paying commissions to me for 5 years. I watch new reps fail because they think it is easy and get discouraged because they don't take the initiative to learn what to do. Once you get going, the money is solid.
