1. Very very Bad contractor team. 2. Please never join under contract with E-team. 3. About Salary - You will not get salary at right time (You have to play game on each month first 2 days, if there is delay in playing, then salary will not come) 4. About Shift Allowance - Start ready to play another game to get approval, if delay in playing, you will not get at right time. Even you got approved, they will not follow-up and you have to mail at-least 10 times, then they just wake-up. 5. About Appraisal - Sorry guys, they will not know about it.

I have been working at Wipro under contract with E-team payroll. there are many consultant will give value and respect for you, but here you will not give salary and allowance at right time, even you worked for 10 years also, will not get appraisal. Due to delay in salary and allowance, you will not give commitment at right date to House Rent, Loan, EB Bill, Credit Card.. If you already become good background, not think of money, you can join under E-team.
