1.pollitics 2.Hiring and fire ratio is very high. 3.very bad HR policies and HR 4.No Question of professional ethics. 5.False promises and Manipulation. 6.Many of managers don't have a Knowledge of the client's and Requisitions. 7.Poor Infrastructure. 8.They play with the life of Recruiters. 9.spot firing employees with improper Reasons and no one can guarantee that you will get your salary once they have taken a decision. Mass firing is very common in eTeam. And again they hire people just like that even though there is no need. And fire them just like that 10. Do not expect long term association with eTeam.As they promote you and can fire you in a same quater. 11. I highly Recommend not to choose eTeam for your carrier as that definately going to Ruin your carrier.
