Pros
The company is much more "startup" than "corporate." Being that it's a very small company, there is a lot of freedom. You can take advantage of that freedom, and use your time here as a learning experience. Everyone I knew there used the job as a springboard to much bigger and better things. work-life balance is the best you will ever see -- you leave your work at work self-starters will be rewarded for their initiative
Cons
Very high turnover. One year is considered a long time at this company. Compensation is outrageously low. Nobody is ever promoted. If you don't take the initiative to drive your own personal growth, you're wasting your time. The culture can be petty at times. Egos are huge among middle management.
