This is a great company in that you can work with many people from the convenience of your own home by providing virtual support to many agents and other staff members.
Cons
Increased work load due to growth is a good thing, but we need additional staff to keep up. It would also be nice to be paid closer to industry averages for the work we do.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
