The Brokerage is online, so you can do most of your administration stuff in the comfort of your home or where you choose. Many of the resources you need are at your fingertips There are many training webinars and live classes you can take.
Cons
The mentorship program is very inconsistent. The monthly technology fee can get expensive if you aren't doing a lot of business and are trying to keep costs at a minimum when you're starting. There is not a lot of face-to-face with colleagues, as they are behind a computer screen. There is a lot of focus on increasing revenue share by bringing other agents on.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
