      eXp Realty does have the best network of colleagues that you can reach from any state and country. They are super transparent with their commission structure as well as the benefits and tools provided.

      Cons

      Not many physical offices, specifically in Miami.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
