Pros
This was my first job at 16 years old, so they hired me without any experience. Really nice people! Opportunities for small raises by getting "certified" on things like fries, cash register, etc.
Cons
It was stressful at the beginning because it was summer and that's the busiest time. Really high turnover of employees. I worked there 9 months and I think there was only one person that was there that long with me (even the managers).
