Since trainees came from college environment, they found it disappointedly when could not find instant support or solution otherwise Training is relevant,content might be improved small but approach and methodology continuously improving from 2017 to till now. Management is proactive and prompt responsive and changed a lot from 2011 to 2019.training centre is located inside Einfochip premises, hence more industry expert visit. Training inclined more on self problem solving than spoon feeding. Now it is idle place for anyone who wants to to get into ASIC domain. Since company is paying decent salary, quality staff took charge of respective domain since 2017. Good work life balance from employee perspective. Idle place for any one who want to make career in ASIC domain with long term goal.above all , I witnessed More than 95 percent placement since 2017.

There should be outside (other than Einfochip) expert session on technology related topics atleast once per month.
