Great office locatio within DIFC.

Extremely toxic work culture. Literally saw on multiple occasions the department head(s) were verbally abusing their subordinates. They were using cuss words and were extremely unprofessional and inhumane ( Dept. Heads are all a specific nationality and subordinates are all asians )

Cool offices and a good story.

Story doesn’t match the reality. Seems like they hoping that someone buys the story and the company. Says it’s high tech, but it isn’t, at least not yet. It’s like an old , bad insurance company ......paper everywhere, accounts in a mess, claims take too long to get paid. Their Dubai head-office is staffed with a lot of inexperienced (and probably not well paid) people who are “encouraged” to work crazy hours, weekends and public holidays.
