The management team is AWESOME! They are a great team of people who care about the consultants, the company, and the clients equally. The only con I can think of is some days are longer than others, but you have to expect this working with multiple-clients nationwide. There are some tough days working as a consultant, but then you have other days that are very rewarding.

As they grow, the personal connections have lessened. When I was considering a couple of assignments that would have made me full time they were evasive about benefit costs so I declined the assignments. Been here 4+ years and not a penny increase.
