Pros are so limited and are far outweighed by the cons of working at this company

It seems there's limited support, inconsistent pay policies, PTO is earned per pay period but seems it's not easily allowed to use, It seems hard to get information about services support or company challenges that may impact your job. It seemed that mostly are presented for projects.
