* Disparity is salary, management will ask you not to discuss salary with other employees, agreed that this is part of the company policy but there are a set of people in the middle management who get 200% hike while other employees get only 4%, management has never been able to justify this.
* Low morale
* You can see people getting terminated for stepping in 5 minutes late for more than 3 times a month, they call this HR policy.
* Managers sit and monitor employees through cctv to see if employees are googling something.
* Middle management is under qualified and higher management is very proud about it.
* Entire product management is dependent on 1-2 undeserving resources and they are treated like gods.
