      Pros

      1. Good place for learning new technology 2. Mainly Data engineering team was good and I was taking ownership for multiple project same time.

      Cons

      1. All leader should learn proper management skills to manage people. 2. Higher management should be transparent with all employee.

      For fresh graduates to see the worst company and build them tough for their next step in their career

      I don't know from where to even start. * Highest turnover rate i have ever seen in my 10 years of my career. entomo fails to retain recourses and talent. * Worst management and leadership structure you will ever experience with several layers of authorities that leaves you with no channel to broadcast your achievements which allows seniors to steal your credit and hard work. * Clueless CEO with worst command of English language you will ever experience, childish thoughts and mindset that he shares to the employees in the town halls. * Unclear requirements and job roles which leaves perfect gap for higher management to shift blame whenever the company is not generating the desired greedy revenue. * Trust no one! I'm serious NO ONE! If you have to take this job because you are in need of income, plan your escape the moment you are hired.
