It´s a job, don't expect too much - Anonymous employee ezetop Employee Review

I have recently been promoted and I have been empowered to really execute in my position. The management team is communicating very well with the employees, which makes it possible to get the job done.

It is not an environment for people who do not produce. Since the management team is so involved in the day to day they are completely in touch with the team.

I have been here over a year and I love working for ezetop. From day 1 ezetop go out of their way to make sure you feel like part of the team (introduced to everyone individually, given a welcome pack, assigned a buddy to help you out on your first few days and taken for lunch!) Staff feedback is always encouraged, welcomed and from what I can see taken on board. I wouldn’t ever hesitate to approach someone if I needed help with anything and that’s the general feeling around the office- people are happy to help you out if they can. The office is always busy, there are always new challenges coming your way and what I have learned here in the past year is invaluable. Management are very staff focused, taking interest in your progress and always quick to acknowledge both individual and team achievements. (ezetop also treat staff to a pizza and beer evening every month!) I find management are extremely fair and senior management are always available to meet with staff. The atmosphere in the office is always good and regardless of what’s going on a bit of fun and a laugh is never too far away!

I genuinely can't this of any negatives to add. I feel lucky to be working for a company such as ezetop- I have learned so much in such a short space of time.
