Pros

5 days work week, if you consider this as a benefit/pro.
Cons
1. You are not even an employee officially, there is an 1 year agreement between the candidate and company, you become employee officially if you work there for 3-5 years or as per the owner's decision, then you'll be considered as an official employee.
2. Underpaying strong performers, overpaying people that just say "Yes sir" while they provide no real output.
3. HRs are inexperienced, this company has one of the highest employee turnover rate.
4. Flattery and saying YES to any and everything said by owners is the key to get good salary appraisal.
