Pros
The company has a great global reputation. German management seems fair and genuinely focused on employee welfare. Some talented individuals still remain, trying to work in good faith.
Cons
Unfortunately, the Kochi management team has created a highly toxic, fear-driven work environment that is affecting the mental peace and job security of employees. Speaking up about issues leads to immediate targeting, harassment, and in some cases, sudden termination. There is a history of employees being pushed out systematically, especially those who don't align with certain individuals' personal preferences. There is one individual in particular who holds disproportionate influence over the team. Anyone working closely under this person often ends up leaving within two years — a clear, well-known pattern within the organization. Even raising concerns anonymously — such as here on Glassdoor — leads to cyber monitoring, intimidation, and internal witch hunts to find out "who dared to speak." This atmosphere of fear is making it impossible to work with peace of mind.
