I loved the girls I worked with including my abm and store manager Tons of opportunities to be creative with visuals Discount- 30 percent off full price items only (however a lot of customers received the same discount or more on many items when we have promos)
Cons
Francesca's is still relatively new and is obviously going through some growing pains as a company. Very outdated ringing/inventory system Extremely low pay compared to similar companies and positions- key holders 8.50/hour, abm- 10.50/hour, no benefits, 35-39 hours/week, manager- 33.5k/year, 40-70 hours per week ( no add'l pay for extra hours worked). Upper mgmt: Very condescending towards boutique employees. No appreciation or thank-yous given. Regional directors were terrible. I would not recommend accepting a store management position with this company until they have been around for another few years, if pay is significantly increased and the communication problem between upper mgmt and employees is addressed.
